About George Johnson and Between Seeing
I am the cofounder of Entrevis with my best friend Jeff Staggs.
Entrevis has two meanings. It stands for "Entrepreneurial Vision" and
we help people create a vision for their work. In French Entrevis
stands for "Between Seeing" hence the name of this blog. Other
definitions for Entrevis are to have a sense, to catch a glimpse,
foresee or have a premonition. My gift is to help people take their
premonition, clarify it and make it a reality. I see what's possible
for people and using the 7 Entrepreneurial Skills provide a structure
and format for helping them make their dreams come real.
My niche, the people I serve, are visionaries.
For the last ten years I have been on a spiritual journey. I have done many Jesuit silent retreats. Every 4 weeks I take a personal 3-day retreat to Lake Superior. For four years I had a Spiritual Director. I completed the St. Ignatius exercises, which involves an hour of prayer and meditation every day for 30 weeks. I am a coach certified by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and a graduate of the CTI Leadership program.
I have a loving and caring wife and four children. I live in a house overlooking a lake that has been in our family for over 110 years. I am blessed.
I am a recovering serial entrepreneur. I have a 30-year history
of starting new businesses; growing existing businesses and helping
others live to their maximum potential. You can learn more about my
work history here.
The name of the program I guide people on is the Better Way To Live and Work, finding fulfillment, sustainability and success using the 7 Entrepreneurial Skills.
The 7 Entrepreneurial Skills are the structure and framework we use in our work.
Each of the following blog entries gives a clue to the kind of people who might be interested in this blog and the work I do. I hope this applies to you and if not tell your friends who might be interested.
